By inviting or using United, you agree to use the Discord bot, public website, and dashboards responsibly and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Service Description

United provides moderation, security, support tickets, logs, welcome and role tools, verification, server-owner dashboards, documentation, and related operational features. The service is independently developed and community supported. Features and command behavior can change as reliability and safety are improved.

Server Owner Responsibilities

Server owners are responsible for selecting appropriate permissions, role hierarchy, protection thresholds, staff access, log destinations, data retention practices, and moderation outcomes. Owners should test new settings with non-sensitive accounts and review Bot Logs before enabling aggressive automatic punishment.

United's security tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful action will be detected, attributed, stopped, or restored. Discord API availability, gateway events, audit logs, permissions, role hierarchy, third-party integrations, and server configuration affect results.

Authorized Access

Do not attempt to bypass dashboard authentication, use another person's Discord authorization, obtain bot credentials, interfere with service infrastructure, or access servers and records you are not authorized to manage. Server owners who grant dashboard access are responsible for reviewing and revoking that access when staff responsibilities change.

Prohibited Use

Do not use United to harass people, distribute unlawful material, collect information unlawfully, evade Discord safeguards, coordinate destructive activity, spam users, impersonate the project, or interfere with United, its dashboards, databases, backups, network tunnel, or hosting. Do not submit passwords, tokens, authentication codes, payment card data, or other secrets through ticket forms or support channels.

Review Submissions

Verified reviews must describe the reviewer's genuine experience with United. A reviewer must have permission to share every uploaded image or video and must avoid private messages, personal information, copyrighted material they cannot license, unlawful content, malware, and secrets. By submitting media, the reviewer grants United permission to store, display, resize, and serve it with the review until the review is removed.

Reviews may be positive, mixed, or critical. Publication is based on ownership verification, relevance, privacy, and safety rather than rating. United may leave a review pending, hide it, or remove it when ownership cannot be verified, the submission violates these terms, or publication could harm another person. Editing a published review requires approval again.

Moderation and Enforcement

United performs actions selected by authorized server staff and configured automatic systems. Each Discord server remains responsible for its community rules, appeals, and staff decisions. The project may restrict access when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, Discord compliance, or service availability.

Availability and Changes

United is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, Discord outages, network failures, database recovery, security incidents, or feature updates can temporarily affect availability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the updated date on this page.

For setup help, bug reports, or questions, use the contact page or the official support server. Reports should include the exact feature, expected result, actual result, and relevant United error or log entry without exposing secrets.
