Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information processed by the United public website, Discord bot, and authenticated dashboards.
Information United Processes
United processes Discord identifiers for servers, channels, roles, users, messages, and interactions when those identifiers are required to provide an enabled feature. Server settings can include prefixes, languages, log destinations, ticket categories, staff roles, protection thresholds, ignored areas, welcome settings, verification roles, and dashboard access.
Operational records can include moderation actions, warnings, security events, audit-log attribution, member joins and leaves, saved sticky roles, ticket metadata, ticket answers, transcripts, dashboard changes, and errors. Message content is processed when needed for commands, Anti-Spam, Link Limit, link filtering, Scam Trap, sticky messages, ticket transcripts, and other message-based features enabled in the server.
How Information Is Used
United uses this information to perform requested Discord actions, enforce configured protection, generate logs and transcripts, restore persistent controls after a restart, show server-specific dashboard data, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. United does not sell Discord member data.
Direct Messages and Suggestions
Direct messages that are not recognized bot commands may be forwarded privately to the configured United owner for support. If the owner explicitly configures a private staff inbox, the message is also posted in that Discord channel so members who can access the channel can review and respond. Staff do not receive forwarded copies in their personal DMs. A response identifies the sender as Owner or as Staff with the staff member's Discord display name. Users on the DM block list are not forwarded. Suggestions submitted with ,suggest or the server-owner dashboard are stored in a private suggestion inbox and delivered to the developer by Discord DM.
Verified Reviews
Only a Discord account that currently owns a server using United can submit a verified review. United privately stores the reviewer's Discord user ID, username, display name, selected server ID and name, rating, review text, publication preference, approval status, and optional uploaded image or video. The private identifiers are used to confirm ownership and moderate the submission.
After approval, the public website displays the reviewer's Discord display name, rating, headline, review text, publication date, and approved media. The server name is displayed only when the reviewer chooses that option. Discord user IDs, guild IDs, private moderation notes, and pending or hidden reviews are not public. Editing a published review returns it to private review. Reviewers may request correction or removal through the support server or contact page.
Advertising and Cookies
The public United website may use Google AdSense after the site is approved. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google explains advertising choices in its Ad Settings. United does not load AdSense on authenticated dashboards, login screens, legal pages, or contact pages.
Retention and Removal
Retention depends on the feature and operational need. Active configuration remains while United is used in the server. Ticket transcripts, moderation history, security events, backups, and audit records can remain longer so authorized staff can review past actions and recover service state. Expired timers and temporary state are cleaned as part of normal operation.
A server owner can remove United from a server and request review or removal of associated retained data. A Discord user can ask about records tied to their user ID. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or technical recovery.
Sharing and Security
United sends data to Discord as required to perform bot actions. Public website advertising can involve Google after approval. Infrastructure providers such as the website tunnel, database, and local hosting environment process data only as needed to deliver the service. Access to bot-owner tools, dashboards, database credentials, and backups is restricted.
Contact
For privacy questions or removal requests, use the United contact page or contact the developer through the official support server. Include your Discord user ID, the server ID, and the specific record or feature involved. Never send passwords, bot tokens, or authentication codes.
